*Treasurer’s Report

-treasurer’s report reviewed

-motion to pay for toys picked up from Toy R Us by Emily B., seconded by Lorinda M.

                                                                                                  

*Open Forum:  

*Christmas Dinner

       -dinner Thurs Dec 16^th

       -Cheque will be given for all needed ingredients

       -amount unknown motion by Jill F., seconded by Lorinda M.

       -Chris will cook turkeys and will submit a bill.

*Christmas Stocking

       -tickets have been handed out to the students

       -there are 80 books out so far

       -tickets are also available at the Home Hardware and the Library
